The work was completed to an excellent standard and handled professionally throughout. I was very pleased with the service that Jamie provided. He displayed flexibility after the water leak identified by a third party proved not to be in the expected location. This complication caused the subsequent repair task to overrun: Jamie returned on a Saturday morning to finish the work.
Jamie worked through 2 of the hottest days of the year so far without complaint (a great representative for L&R). From quoting the job to install, it took only a short time and at a good cost (compared to other prices we had seen mentioned). The work itself was completed across 2 days which is what was originally suggested and while ours was not the biggest job, it was not the weather to work outside in with no shade! Driveway was dug up in reasonably small holes (at either end of the run for least disruption) to allow water supply pipe to be moled in. Ran pipe through to internal stop tap including the insulation. Took the pictures that the water company would want to show compliant installation. Resurfaced the holes in the concrete drive and tidied up after like no one had been. Would recommend to anyone needing groundworks. L&R Water Services Ltd provided a professional service from contact to completion.
