An excellent service. Jamie worked hard moling a new water main under a tarmac drive, we were very impressed.
This work meant our old britle 1970 black plastic pipe was replaced. In addition we had the water main enter the house in a better location and as a nice bonus the water bo longer tastes bad.

He identified where the leak was and gave me a quote for three possible outcomes, dependant on what was uncovered when the work started. On site, Jamie was polite & professional and fixed the leak. I detected a leak under my driveway but as it was on my property water company wouldn’t help - instead they gave me a waste water notice with a deadline to have it fixed!

These guys were reasonably priced, friendly, polite & arrived when they said they would!

They explained what they needed to do & how they were going to do it (dig up my drive to locate leak & replace the underground pipe).

They took the stress out of the situation & completed the work in good time to meet Bristol Water demands.
